On December 1st, 2019, our team and a hardy crew of volunteers picked our Frontenac blanc and Frontenac gris before the sun rose in Lincolnville.
The first pull from the press reads 37.9 brix (a good sign!), but ever cautious Aaron reminded us to not get too excited. As the press released juice as the day progressed, CC reported final brix holding steady in at 37.9 (last year’s Ice Wine was 33.6) and a solid chunk in the press. So while the whole story has yet to be written, we are anticipating a delicious dessert wine coming in 2020!
